Recently Steve Wasik, CEO of SIGG Switzerland has announced that bottles pre August 2008 have trace amounts of BPA in the liners.
		Prior to the new liners the water-based epoxy liner contained trace amounts of BPA, the liners have been tested and he has reassured us that no trace of BPA have leached from SIGG bottles.
		As a result of this he understands that consumers have concern over the older bottles and has set up an exchange program. All bottles will be replaced at the cost of SIGG (with the exception of shipping) until Oct. 31, 2009.
